Bennett combines an intense and fruity aroma with the sweetness of rice and a clear taste that lacks sharp edges. To ensure the most refined quality, the brewers only bottled the most premium portion (nakadori) from the sake pressing process.
This sake has fruit bouquet flavours of honeydew melon, papaya, fresh fig, and osmanthus flowers. A juicy junmai daiginjo with a clean and pure finish.
