Halley is a smooth junmai sake with a gentle rice aroma, a juicy umami and a nice acidity. It’s bottled directly after the pressing without being first collected in another container, to reduce the exposure to oxygen and retain all its freshness.
Leafy and fruity nose, with gooseberry, fresh pineapple, white grapes and hints of rice flour. Creamy palate with sweet rice pudding, subtle fruit compote and white pepper finish.
