Endo Sake Brewery is an award-winning brewery founded in 1864 and located in the north of Nagano prefecture. Keiryu Kuko Junmai Ginjo sake is made with Miyamanishiki rice. The aromas are elegant, with good acidity on the palate and a rich, full-bodied, silky mouthfeel. It is best served chilled with seafood.
