Aleph, named after the first letter of the Phoenician alphabet, is our first Lebanese Terroir beer. It's a specialty ale that was brewed using Carob molasses from Mount Lebanon. This unique ingredient imparts distinctive characteristics to this beer.
Aroma and Taste: Aleph carries the aroma of red fruits, sustained by clove scents. The taste offers a sweet, nutty flavor with an intriguing aftertaste of dark chocolate and warm alcohol notes.
Pairing: Roast Turkey, Raclette, and Pierrade are excellent choices for pairing with Aleph. This beer packs a punch with an alcohol content of 8.5%.
