Distilled with aromatic fynbos scattered along the dunes of the coastal region around the distillery, on the sandy soils... Inverroche Amber showcases the diversity of the Cape Floral Kingdom. Devil's Claw, the main plant used in the production, gives it a rich and aromatic profile but also this amber color. Inverroche Amber is lively with notes of caramelized apples, saffron, rooibos tea on a subtly woody finish.
