Gin Mare is made using traditional techniques from the Mediterranean, the characteristics through a delicate maceration and independent distillation which expresses all of each botanical in the final product.
Very herbal and aromatic palate. Perfume-like delivery. Coriander and tart juniper, citrus zest. Herbal nose with berry fruits. Hints of soapiness and perfume.
